Monk's Blend Premium Coffee from the Monastery of the Transfiguration in Malaybalay Bukidnon

I have posted yesterday about the Transfiguration Monastery in Malaybalay Bukidnon. Aside from that nice church, don't forget to visit their gift shop where you can buy their famous coffee, Monk's Blend Coffee. I got to taste this coffee, harvested and made by the monk's themselves. Wow, its delicious, and what a kick hahahaha, it'll really gets you going for the day. Of course there are plenty of product to buy in the store aside from this well known coffee, there the peanut brittle, peanut butter, rosary, crucifix, souvenirs and more. Transfiguration Monastery at Malaybalay Bukidnon

The Transfiguration Church in Malaybalay Bukidnon is a breath taking site if you ever had the time to visit Bukidnon. The design is unique, the pyramid shape makes the place inside cool because the ceiling is high. Wedding celebration would be great here, I mean the place is solemn, no noise coming from passing cars, unlike churches in the city proper. Here's some photos of this excellent place.

Is Breast Implants Safe for Women?

Some women do love to have breast implants, some for the purpose of increasing the size of their breast, some just for reconstruction surgery. Some even go the distance as having the size increase to a much bigger size, don't know how they can manage to carry those thing for the whole day. But lets get back to out topic, is it safe?

Women need to beware that while breast implants are safe, they do not meant to last a lifetime and could lead to problems later on. Breast implants are not lifetime devices. The longer a woman has silicone gel filled breast implants, the more likely she is to experience complications. The FDA(Food and Drug Administration) approve the sale of silicone breast implants in November 2006 for women age 22 and above.

But in updated safety guidelines it warned that one in five women who have had breast implants to increase their cup size or for reconstruction surgery will have to undergo another operations within 10 years.

Most complications occur from hardening of the breast tissue around the implant, from a rupturing of the implant, or wrinkling, asymmetry scarring, pain and infection.
