Do you still tip?
When I was young, when me and my father would eat in a restaurant or maybe go to the barbershop. My father always give a tip. I didn't ask why he would do it, but he always gives a tip. Now that I'm all grown up, I keep asking myself do we need to tip? I mean do we give tips to waiters, barbers or bellboys. We all know they are paid to do that. Although most of them are below minimum wage.
I ask my mom if she also tips a person for his services, and she said sometimes, especially if the person giving service to her is well mannered and quick to do the task. She said tipping is just her way of saying "Nice job" or "Well done".
Me i only give a tip when i go to the barber shop hahaha, especially if the barber really did a good job of trimming my hair. But when it comes to restaurants i don't give tip, i just don't. Correct me if I'm wrong about this, but restaurant usually include a service charge on your bill, I think its about 10%.
How about you? do you tip?

RP Sports should find other sports to support
I found a nice article in a newspaper, and it has some interesting write ups regarding the sports here in Philippines.
It was written that RP should find other sport to focus other than basketball.
Even Vlade Divac said “Filipinos have to find other good sports because it’s hard for them to excel in basketball due to height limitations.”
And yes he's right, although basketball is such a popular sports in the Philippines, there are other sports than we can excel in, and bring home the gold when the olympics starts.
Manolo IƱigo mentioned billiard as one of the sports to focus in. But there are plenty of sports where height is not might when it comes to sports. How about weightlifting, diving, equestrian, gymnastics, softball, table tennis and more.

Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez
Wow, what a beauty this girl is, I didn't saw the live telecast cause I was at work, but the show was later replayed a week later so i got to see it. And the judges was right to pick her, her beauty really stands out of the rest. It was also the first time in the history of the Miss Universe pageant that the same country wins for two consecutive years. It was Venezuela's 6th title for the Miss Universe, Venezuela is the country with the most Miss Universe winners. Below are some photos of Miss Universe Stefania Fernandez.
