Paradise Island Resort 2010

Hmmm its been years since i went here in Paradise, the last one was when my wife had her birthday celebrated here. A lot of things had improve since then, aside from their nice cottages the place is well managed. Here are some of the photos of the place.

RP Sports should find other sports to support

I found a nice article in a newspaper, and it has some interesting write ups regarding the sports here in Philippines.

It was written that RP should find other sport to focus other than basketball.

Even Vlade Divac said “Filipinos have to find other good sports because it’s hard for them to excel in basketball due to height limitations.”

And yes he's right, although basketball is such a popular sports in the Philippines, there are other sports than we can excel in, and bring home the gold when the olympics starts.

Manolo Iñigo mentioned billiard as one of the sports to focus in. But there are plenty of sports where height is not might when it comes to sports. How about weightlifting, diving, equestrian, gymnastics, softball, table tennis and more.

The Pac Mom

Yup its the pound for pound king Manny "The Pacman" Pacquiao's mother, Aling Dionesia, other's call her Nanay Dionesia or Mommy Dionesia or the recent "The PacMom". Yup the The Pacman's mother is making waves, but not in the boxing ring but in showbiz and product endorsement (wow it really helps if your son is that well known throughout the world). She now starting to appear in TV commercials her face is all scattered on billboards and tarpaulin in the streets of Manila. Shes even conscious of her looks now, that she even had her own make up artist (a big time make up artist for sure).

Swimsuit cost cutting

Oh yeah, even the swimsuit business is into this, we are experiencing this crisis all over the world. I dunno if its a 2 piece swimsuit or a 1 piece swimsuit or maybe a left over of the garment use to make swimsuit. hehehehe
