Mission Impossible Star Tom Cruise is World's Highest Earning Actor

The "Rock of Ages" star Tom Cruise is the world's highest earning actor. Cruise topped the annual list by Forbes after earning $75 million between May 2011 and May 2012.

Cruise enjoyed a successful yer after Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol earned more than $700 million at global box offices.

Taylor Lautner is Stretch Armstrong

Twilight star Taylor Lautner is to star as "Stretch Armstrong" in the latest Hollywood movie inspired by a best selling action figure from toy makers Hasbro. Lautner will play Armstrong, a popular 1970s toy featuring gel filled limbs that stretch to improbable lengths. (i dunno if this will be a hit for kids today, especially since his power is similar to DC's Plastic Man or to local movie in the Philippines as Lastik Man).

The 3-D film comes after Hasbro successfully brought its Transformers and GI Joe products to the bog screen. 2012 release date has been scheduled for Armstrong, which will be produced by Oscar winner Brian Grazer.
