Sexy Cosplay Goddess Alodia Gosiengfiao Will Be on SM DCE Davao

Alodia Gosiengfiao, the cosplay goddess herself will be at SM City Davao Event Centre on July 31, 2011, during the Cosplay Fashion Walk. I'm already checking my schedules so I will be available on that day. I hope my trusty Digi Cam will be enough to capture photos of her, because I'm sure the place will be full.

Also in the Event Centre will be the Cyber Expo, which is set to be there for 3 days, starting from July 29-31. Catch hard core battle of teams from all over Mindanao for cash and pride at the DOTA Challenge (GODLIKE!!!!!). BLINQUE TechXtreme will also showcase the best hardware and PC installations in the region while Intel returns with more in house tournaments with Street Fighter VI on top of the list. Mindanao Cosplay Summit at SM 2010

Im a big fan of anime, but mainly anime such as Naruto, Bleach and Eyeshield. So when my wife told me there was a cosplay contest to be held at SM Davao, I told her that we should watch it. I admire those kids who joined cosplay, it showcase their creative talent in designing and more. The Mindanao Cosplay Summit started with a song from a band(sorry gals I forgot their band name). After the song the cosplay contest begins, it was divided into 3 categories, the first was the individual category, then the doubles and group. We only watched the singles event, since we have to be back early since our baby girl is waiting already for us. Here are some photos of the event.

Congrats to all Mindanao Cosplayers who joined the event, hats off to you guys and gals. Hope there will be more events like this in years to come.

Cosplay At Gaisano Mall Davao

The last day of the 1st Mindanao Toys, Hobbies, and Collectibles Convention was highlighted by the Cosplay contest although there where plenty of people who roam the mall with their costumes, but not of them joined the contest. I really admire people who do Cosplay, especially those good ones, they are really creative an to top it all brave to face all those people wearing those costumes that they have made. The contest started almost 3pm, but to my dismay much of the contestant who joined only buy or borrowed those costumes. Only a handful had really made their costumes. So here are some of the contestant who joined the event.

There are plenty of contestant who Cosplayed Naruto characters, this two is cosplaying Anbu of Naruto series.

I did not wait for the result of the contest, i was already tired and my feet is killing me. But i hope that they would be back next year or soon, for another event. More power to you guys.
